Admission Packet

Thank you for your interest in Our Lady of Victory Catholic School. Upon completion of the Admission file, an Assessment date will be scheduled. After the candidate’s completed Admission Packet and Assessment have been evaluated, the Admission Committee will make a decision and the parent(s)/guardian(s) will be notified in writing, in accordance to GISA guidelines, to the address in the Admission file. Once offered admission and placement is accepted, a Tuition Contract and Tuition Payment Preference Form (FACTS) will be issued to the parent(s)/guardian(s). Admission concludes with the completion of ALL enrollment documents.
