TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

QUICK REFERENCE SHEET

• Tuition Assistance is available to active Catholic families registered in a parish church under the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Atlanta.

• FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for families applying for tuition assistance.

• Deadline for first consideration is February 29, 2008. Completed financial assistance application forms with supporting documents must be received by FACTS Grant & Aid by the set deadline.

• To save time, online applications are available at www.factstuitionaid.com. You will need to mail or fax your supporting documents to FACTS Grant & Aid after completing your application online.

• A non-refundable application fee of $20 must accompany your completed application. You may pay by check, money order, or credit card for paper applications. Online applications will take credit card or e-check payments.

• One (1) application is needed for all students attending different tuition-charging, PK-12 institutions using FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment (i.e. OLV & OLM).
