CLASS OF 2008

April 30        Ropes Course at Bedford

May 5 – 9     Pick up Graduation Gowns from Mrs. Thomas (Science Lab) Pick up times: 7:15 – 7:45 am, or 3:30 – 3:45 pm.

Gowns will be released to a Parent or Guardian only.

May 7           Mass Dedicated to OLV’s Class of 2008.

 Location: St. Matthew Catholic Church; Time: 8:15 am

 A reception brunch will follow in the OLV Cafeteria.

May 9           Parent Graduation Information Meeting with Mrs. Blackerby. Location: Cafeteria; Time: 8:00 am

8TH GRADE CLASS DAY!

 Location: OLV Gym; Time: 8:30 to 10:30 am

Sports Recognition Banquet.

Location: OLV Cafeteria; Time: 6:30 pm.

Heavy hors d’ oeuvres will be served.

                        Dress Down Day

May 15         All account balances due must be satisfied (paid in full).

May 16-21    8th Grade Final Exams.

May 22         Yearbook Social at 1:30 pm

May 23         Free dress day. Popcorn & a movie. Recess.

(school day)

May 23         GRADUATION DAY!

(evening)       Graduation Ceremonies will be held at St. Matthew Catholic Church at exactly 6:30 pm. Reception will follow at the OLV Cafeteria. Please refer to Graduation Information Sheet for dress code and arrival time details.

                     Graduation Gowns must be dropped off in the Library as you proceed to the Cafeteria for the reception.

May 28        K (8th Gr. Prayer Buddies) Graduation Ceremonies.
