Volunteers Needed!!

Harvest Fling

Auction and Fundraiser

You are cordially invited to join us for a short meeting on

Wednesday, September 12th at 2:30 p.m.

The meeting will take place after school in the cafeteria and

will last no longer than 30 minutes.

The Auction Committee will be present to recruit volunteers

in a variety of areas:

Communications

Solicitations

Class Projects

Printing and Advertising

Administration

Food

Decorations

Class Pictures

Invitations

The Harvest Fling will be held on November 10, 2007.

It promises to be an awesome event!!

Many new things have been added this year, such as a

reverse raffle to win $5000, a possible wine raffle, and

amazing fall themed table decorations, which will be

auctioned off at the end of the evening.

We hope to see you on September 12th!
