Just a reminder that your child’s medication(s) must be picked up and signed out by a parent or legal guardian, no later than May 29th , 2008.

If your child’s medication is not picked up and signed out from the clinic, by May 29th , it will be discarded.

In accordance with the Our Lady of Victory Parent/Student Handbook, students may not be in possession of medications at anytime on campus.

Also, if your child needs medication for next year, a new permission form needs to be filled out and brought in with the medication at the beginning of the school year.
