Mission Statement

The mission of the Home and School Association is to sponsor fund-raising events in support of the School. This will include:

Participating in spiritual opportunities and fellowship that develops a strong and meaningful Catholic community among school, families, faculty, staff and administration.
Providing a vehicle for communication between parents and school.
Planning and coordinating fund-raising activities.
Providing interesting and informative programs relevant to the needs of the school community.

Atlanta Motor Speedway

Hello OLV families,

Thank you so much for signing up to volunteer your time for the OLV 2009-2010 school year. We have our next fund raising event scheduled at the Atlanta Motor Speedway and need volunteers.

We need up to 25 people to volunteer to sell programs on Sunday, March 7, 2010.

-All volunteers need to arrive at 7:30am.

-Khaki pants are required (women can wear Khaki Capri’s). No shorts or skirts above the knee are allowed.

-T-shirt will be provided by the track. (*Need to get everyone's size)

-Volunteers may want to take a small cooler with food & drinks. Food is expensive at the track.

Great Georgia Air Show parking, 10/09/09 – 10/11/09.

Thank you to the Great Georgia Air Show volunteers who parked cars to raise money for OLV. A special thank you to McElroy Metal for allowing OLV the opportunity to use their property for this fundraiser and for donating their portion of the proceeds to OLV.
