Principal's Message

Our Lady of Victory Catholic School in Tyrone, Georgia, in partnership with family and church, exists to provide a community where faith, trust, and love for God are encouraged and developed.  Dedicated to teaching the doctrine of the Roman Catholic Church in a challenging and academic environment, we strive to promote lifelong learning through critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and social responsibility.  We promote the values, attitudes, behaviors, and skills that students will need to develop their potential as leaders.

2008 – 2009 School Year

Dear OLV Families and Friends,

On behalf of the entire school, welcome to the 2008-2009 school year. Thank you for the most generous support of Our Lady of Victory Catholic School.  We appreciate the sacrifices you make to send your children to OLV.

Over the 2007-2008 school year, OLV’s curriculum guides were updated, and its “state-of-the-art” technology was enhanced throughout the building.  Our own weather station was installed and is fully operational, a valuable resource to our students, who have already experienced their first interactive “on-line” weather class.  It is most exciting for our school to be on the leading edge of technology and classroom resources.  

We advocate that parents are the primary educators of their children.  Our Lady of Victory complements your children’s formation with an ultimate Catholic school environment.
