You say it's your birthday?

Parents may bring in store bought cupcakes or cookies to celebrate their child's birthday during lunch time. Please remember to bring any necessary napkins and plates.

Food Service Program

OLV offers a full service lunch program to all students and staff for $4.25 (Pre-K & 8) per meal, which includes white milk, chocolate milk, juice or lemonade.  Menus and order forms will be posted mid-way through the current month for the following month (ex. September 15th for October meals).  Order forms must be turned into the Business Office by the due date on the form.   The meal is paid for even if the student is not present as lunches are cooked to order.  No credits will be issued for meals missed.  When students attend field trips, bag lunches are prepared for those who ordered from the lunch program for that day.

For the 2008-2009 school year the cafeteria will be selling the lunch side items ($0.50-$0.75) as well as A-la-Carte items ($0.75-$1.00) to students, faculty and staff.   Students may purchase $20.00 A-la-Carte cards by using the "Cafeteria A-la-Carte" ordering form.  Please do not send in cash or check. Your OLV school account will be invoiced for the price of the card(s). Lost or damaged cards are the responsibility of the owner and will not be replaced by the school.  A-la-Carte Cards may not be used for Student Council Concession items.

Items will be added and/or removed monthly as we note sales. 

Microwaves are not available to heat food brought to school by students.  If a student does not have a lunch, he/she will be provided with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, chips and drink lunch and the parents invoiced accordingly (Pre-K through 8 is $5.25).  Parents will not be called when students forget lunches.
