UNIFORM CONSIGNMENT SALE

A great opportunity to stock up on next year’s uniforms and

make some cash on “outgrown” uniforms!

WHEN: Wednesday, May 28th, 2:00PM-5:00PM                                                

             Thursday, May 29th, 7:30AM-4:00PM

WHERE: OLV Cafeteria

WHAT TO SELL:  All gently used uniform pieces with our new logo.

(Logo should read “Our Lady of Victory Catholic School”) →

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:  Call Beverly Conley at 678-571-2921(c) for a consignor number.   Simply tag all items to be sold using ½ of a 3x5 index card.  Each tag must include:

              Consigner Number (Top Center)

              Price (mid-center) in $1.00 increments

              Size: (Bottom)

              The letter “D” if you wish to donate unsold items (Bottom-Right)

Please attach the tag with a safety pin to the garment’s front, upper, right-hand corner and sort clothing by gender and size before dropping items off.  Hang all clothing on wire hangers  (because of space issues) with the hanger making a “?” when looking at it.

PRICING: You can expect to sell the item for 25-35% of retail.

                 Suggestion:  $1.00-$10.00 per item 

DROP OFF & PICK UP:  Items can be dropped off Monday, May 26th, Tuesday, May 27th, or Wednesday, May 28th in carline or in the Home and School Room. Items that are not sold or being donated will be bundled by consignor number and put in the Home and School Room for pick up.  Please pick them up no later than May 30th, at 12:00PM or they will be donated to charity.

PAYMENT: All consignors will receive 80% of the selling price of their items sold and the remaining 20% will be deposited in the Home & School account.   Consignors can expect payment within 3 weeks of sale date.  Please include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your consignment items to be used to mail your proceeds.
