Choose one of the following extension activities for 100 points.

• Create and sing a content song about your state to a familiar tune.
• Create a graph or chart showing important information about your state.
• Become a poet laureate for the state you are studying.  Write a poem about your state. (16 lines)
• Create a timeline of major events in the history of your state. Poster Board or Power point presentation.
• Create a radio commercial advertising an attraction in your state.  This can be done on video or power point. Must be at least one minute in length.
• Design a T-shirt that could be sold in the state.  The actual T-shirt with design must be turned in.
• Create a board game, including information about your state.
• Create a diary or journal from the point of view of a visitor to the state.  The entry should convey the visitor’s feelings about the state and the events and/or attractions it offers.  It must be at least a 14-day diary.
