Each presentation will have a question for you to answer. So listen carefully to each presentation & take notes! The person(s) with all or the most correct answers at the end will get a prize.

 

Creativity  - 40 points

 

Your PowerPoint/Poster should be attractive, colorful and easy to read. Include a title, headings in the rubric and your name. The title should be visible from six feet. The following rubric will be used to grade your creativity:

The PowerPoint or poster is exceptionally attractive in terms of design, layout, neatness and graphics. There is no empty space. It includes at least 2 original drawings.

The PowerPoint or poster is acceptable though it may lack neatness. There is some empty space and little effort at balancing titles, columns and graphics. It includes only one original drawing.

The PowerPoint or poster is messy and poorly designed. There is a great deal of empty space. It does not include any original drawings.

At least two of the graphics are original work. All the graphics are displayed with great creativity.

One or two of the graphics are original work. Choice and display of graphics is creative.

There are some original graphics but all graphics are not displayed creatively.

Oral Presentation  -  40 points

Your presentation should last 1-3 minutes (1 – Acceptable; 3 – Exceptional ). You should summarize the main points covered in your PowerPoint or poster. You may refer to index cards. The following rubric will be used to grade your presentation:
